Our weekly affirmation for emotional detachment is designed to help you detach from your own emotions as well as those around you. The purpose of your life is to let go of emotional body and learn to not react to emotional situations. Emotion clouds your thinking, thought process and energy, feeds the Self and has nothing positive to help solve the problem or change the situation. Once you are detached and free of emotion, then and only then, can you become more intuitive, see the purpose of the experience, and find the answers to issues you could not see before. By saying this affirmation, you are consciously working on creating a positive change for you and for the world around you. The more you say the affirmation, the less emotion you can have, the better you will be. It will not happen over night, but slowly and surely, you will see the change. You can repeat the affirmation as many times as you can. The more you say it, the more positive reality you can manifest in your life.
